Prototyping

Special placement and soldering technology is available for prototype and sample construction during development in order to produce even the smallest quantities flexibly and in high quality. The aim is to deliver series quality already in this phase. In addition, we also offer this possibility to our customers, e.g. for their own developments. We use the experience gained in this way to obtain and implement feedback on manufacturing technology decisions for both our own and our customers' products.

SMD assembly

As a medium-sized company, we specialize in the flexible production of small quantities as well as medium and large series.
In doing so, we align the processes of placement, programming, calibration as well as assembly and testing up to labeling and packaging individually to customer requirements in connection with the quantities to be produced.
One of our strengths is the fast and high-quality realization of small and medium series with engineering support for our own products as well as for customer orders.

Marking

For the marking of housing and assembly parts we use a diode-pumped laser system (Nd: YAG). With this system we are able to mark different materials like plastic, metal and ceramics. The application is mainly in the following areas:

• permanent, non-manipulable marking with consecutive serial numbers
• any font as well as barcodes and company logos
• marking of housings on customer order
• marking of terminals etc.

Mounting

The wiring of electronic devices and systems is just as much a part of our range of services as the complete assembly of devices. In the process, the manufactured assemblies are assembled according to your specifications. Before we then finish packing your goods for the customer, functional tests and, if required, final tests are carried out in accordance with test instructions.
